Tips and advice to improve your health
Tips on how to cope with the Swedish winter darkness
Many students struggle with the lack of light in Sweden during the winter months. However, these feelings are normal, and we shouldn´t be afraid of them. There are several ways to make this time a bit easier to get through. The Student Health Centre has put together a list of advice on how to cope with the darkness.
Stress less with the AntiStress App
The AntiStress app includes Conscious breathing, Muscular relaxation, My diary, and Self-assessment of perceived stress. The app is a tool for those who feel stressed in their day-to-day lives, and who are endeavoring to create time and scope for revitalisation. The app is free of charge and can be downloaded via App Store and Google Play. The AntiStress app is produced by the Research and Development Unit at Primary care Fyrbodal, Region Västra Götaland.
The pressure you experience as a student can feel never ending. Give yourself the best possible chance to feel good and to have enough energy to manage your studies and enjoy your free time.
