The Student Health Centre
Welcome to the Student Health Centre! If you are a student (or PhD student) at Karolinska Institutet, Södertörn University, University College of Music Education in Stockholm, Marie Cederschiöld, Sophiahemmet or The Swedish Red Cross University Colleges, we can offer you advice and support during your studies. We organise several group activities and individual support to promote your health. We are bound to secrecy and all visits and activities are free of charge.

The Student Health Centre invites you to attend lunch seminars on a variety of current topics.

Dance for health
Do you feel stressed about the need to preform. Do you suffer from symptoms like headache and/or symptoms from your stomach? Then Dance for Health is for you!
The Student Health Centre offers you advice, support, assessment, and/or supportive dialogues in connection with any issues that might affect your studies.
Tips and advice to improve your health
Tips on how to cope with the Swedish winter darkness
Many students struggle with the lack of light in Sweden during the winter months. However, these feelings are normal, and we shouldn´t be afraid of them. There are several ways to make this time a bit easier to get through. The Student Health Centre has put together a list of advice on how to cope with the darkness.
Stress less with the AntiStress App
The AntiStress app includes Conscious breathing, Muscular relaxation, My diary, and Self-assessment of perceived stress. The app is a tool for those who feel stressed in their day-to-day lives, and who are endeavoring to create time and scope for revitalisation. The app is free of charge and can be downloaded via App Store and Google Play. The AntiStress app is produced by the Research and Development Unit at Primary care Fyrbodal, Region Västra Götaland.
