Exchange reports
As an exchange student from Karolinska Institutet, you are required to write a travel report when you return home. In the report, you reflect on your experiences from the exchange period.
The report is an important part of the follow-up of the exchange activities, but also constitutes a great source of inspiration and information for future exchange students.
Published student exchange reports
The report is written online and, if you give your consent, it is published on Karolinska Institutet's website. Exchange reports from previous students are available online.
For you that will write your exchange report
Starting in 2023, you will write your exchange report in the mobility system Mobility-Online. This is currently under construction. For now, please write your exchange report in a separate document based on the template below. You will be contacted by your international coordinator when you are able to upload it to Mobility Online.
If you give your consent, your report will be published on the web. Your consent to publish is important in order to spread your knowledge and experience to other students, however you can choose whether you want your name and email address to be visible to other readers or not.
Please note that the staff at Karolinska Institutet who manage and review exchange reports will be able to see who wrote the report, regardless of the choice you make regarding publication on the web.
In order for you to be eligible for a second payment of the travel grant or scholarship, send in your exchange report no later than 1 September of the academic year after your exchange.
Currently, writing your report in Google Chrome does NOT work. Therefore, preferably use Internet Explorer or Firefox when you submit your exchange report.
Questions or comments
If you have questions or comments about the exchange reports, please contact the International Coordinator of your study programme.
