The pedagogical methods aim to teach a scientific approach to the subject matter through knowledge acquisition, problem-solving, critical analysis and reflection.

Examination

Course assessment takes place through an individual two-part examination: Part 1 consists of a student presentation of directed patient education. Part 2 consists of an individual, written, examination.

A student who does not pass the regular examination has the right to take the exam five more times. A student who has not achieved a passing grade after taking the examination three times can take parts of the course or the whole course again Being able to retake all or parts of the course is subject to availability

If a student has not passed the course after taking the examination six times no further chances to take the exam will be given.

An examination session counts as a session when the exam the student takes is the same as for previous examination sessions. Late submissions of examinations are not accepted. Students who have not submitted on time are referred to the next examination session.
