Specific entry requirements

The student should have:
-A very good command of English or a very good command of Swedish.
-At least two years of study at a study programme in Biomedicine or equivalent.

Outcomes

The project is intended to give the student in-depth practice in scientific methodology.

Content

Planning, performance and presentation of a defined scientific research project in biomedicine. The project is chosen in consultation with a tutor and a project plan has to be approved by the supervisor. The plan should include the aim of the study and the background and methods to be used. The project should be carried out individually, and include a literature study, appropriate laboratory or theoretical work and finally a written and oral presentation of the results.

Supervised individually based work.

Examination

Written and oral presentation of the projekt.
