Iida use to manage KI Students on Instagram
While studying her Bachelor in public health back in Finland Iida got excited about health science. Karolinska Institutet’s name seemed to pop up in many research articles and after a semester abroad in the USA she decided it was time to apply.
During her time at KI she is looking forward to learn more about tools to use in the field of health economics, policy and management. She also aims to become fluent in Swedish, and of course meeting many new friends from all around the world!
In 10 years, she hopes to work in a multidisciplinary environment aiming to make the population healthier.
In her free time she spends a lot of hours in the dance studio, working on perfecting her pirouettes and grand jetés. A big plus is that the classes are offered in Swedish, so she is learning two things at once!
