OneDrive has replaced the home catalogue on the library's public computers/computer rooms.
With the introduction of OneDrive, the old solution with home directories (H:\username on the library's public computers/computer rooms) has been removed on 13 June 2025.
If you have material/documents there that you missed to save before 13 June 2025, contact studentit@ki.se.
Please note that this only applies to documents you saved in the home directory (H:\username) when you logged in to the library's computers, and not to materials/courses you have in Canvas.
Important dates to keep track of for this:
- On Friday 13 June 2025, access was removed for all students.
- On Monday 12 January 2026, all remaining material in the home catalogues will be permanently deleted.
As a student you will get a 50GB storage space for your files in the cloud, which can easily be accessed through your browser, or directly from the Office applications on your computer. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the materials you upload on OneDrive and handle in the applications.
