OneDrive replaces the home directory on the library's public computers/computer rooms
With the introduction of OneDrive, the old solution with home directories (H:\username on the library's public computers/computer rooms) will be removed during the summer 2025.
If you have any material/documents there that you would like to save, you can copy or move it to your KI OneDrive (done as a regular copy/cut of files/folders in the explorer).
Important dates to keep track of for this:
- On Friday 13 June 2025, access will be removed for all students.
- On Monday 12 January 2026, all remaining material in the home catalogues will be permanently deleted.
Please move your documents as soon as possible!
As a student you will get a 50GB storage space for your files in the cloud, which can easily be accessed through your browser, or directly from the Office applications on your computer. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the materials you upload on OneDrive and handle in the applications.
