The course serves as an introduction to how Bioinformatics is used in Biomedical research. The aim is that students should understand how Bioinformatics can be applied and evaluated and provide tools for practical approaches to Bioinformatics.
Syllabus
About the course
The course is held on campus with full-time teaching (100%). Full-time teaching corresponds to 40 hours of study per week.
The course starts on Friday 13th November and runs until Monday 14th December 2026.

Examinations
- The ethic assignment will be December 7, 2025 at 08:15-11:15 in Skrivsal BZ, Berzelius väg 3, Solna. Digital assignment.
- Final examination will be December 14, 2025 at 08:15-11:15 in Skrivsal BZ, Berzelius väg 3, Solna. Digital examination.
- Re-exam will be in Spring 2027, in Solna. Digital examination.
