"I´m a pharmacist by training and later specialised in pharmacology and biotechnology. This programme appealed to me because it bridges science and entrepreneurship and offers the opportunity to turn research into business ideas. I chose Karolinska Institutet because of its strong reputation and opportunities for world-class research and industry placements."

How do you hope to make a difference through your education?

"I'd like to launch a biotech startup in Zambia and apply ideas and models from developed economies to improve healthcare service delivery, particularly in vaccine development."

What motivates you when facing challenges?

"I´m motivated by the desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and to continuously improve myself. Challenges encourage me to learn, persevere and find better solutions rather than give up."
