Confidentiality
Student Wellbeing Centre is obliged to establish and keep journals on all contacts. Only the staff at Student Wellbeing Centre has access to the journal-system. The content of all contacts with us is confidential.
In accordance with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (25 chap. 2009:400), the content of all contacts with us is confidential. Nothing will be revealed to anyone outside the service without your express permission.
Journal
Student Wellbeing Centre is, in accordance with the Act on Patient Data (2008:355), obliged to establish and keep journals on all contacts. We use a computer-based journal system called CGM J4. Only the staff at Student Wellebing Centre has access to the system.
