Dance for health
Would you like to try a different way to reduce stress and increase your well-being? Discover the joy and power of "Dance for Health," a class designed for you who may not be used to dancing but are curious about how movement and dance can improve your well-being.

Dance for Health is a research-based intervention developed by Anna Duberg with the aim of enhancing mental health.
Why Participate?
- Sense of community. Explore dance and movement in a socially inclusive environment together with others.
- Joy of movement without demands. Connect with positive emotions and take a break from negative thoughts and worries, without the pressure to perform.
- Physical activity. Integrate more movement into your daily life and improve your physical well-being.
- Resources. Focus on the healthy in your own resources.
- Reduce stress. Each session includes elements of mindfulness and ends with relaxation.
The class accommodates 15 participants.

Dates for the spring term: on Tuesdays starting from 4th March, ten sessions.
Time: 4:45 – 6:00 PM
