Need someone to talk to?
We offer counseling and guidance when something affects your well-being or your studies.

Student Wellbeing Center is here to support you
As an international student, it's normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed or unsure at times. You can book a counseling session with us if you're struggling - for example with stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties or adjusting to student life in a new country.
We're also here if you're experiencing:
- Performance pressure or self-criticism
- Procrastination and study difficulties
- Fear of public speaking or social anxiety
- Loneliness, homesickness or relationship issues
Counseling can help you make sense of what you're feeling - and find ways forward before it becomes too much.
Student Wellbeing Center does not offer psychological treatment, but we can guide you to the right service if needed.
Book an appointment
Your initial consultation will be with a Clinical Nurse Specialist. If required, you will have an appointment with a psychologist, psychotherapist, or physician. Should we be unable to provide the necessary assistance, we will inform you of alternative sources where you can obtain the support needed.
