Introduction week at Karolinska Institutet

The week before study start, KI will host arrival days and introduction activities for international students. Among other things you will be invited to a welcome ceremony and fair in Aula Medica on Campus Solna on 25 August. This page will be continuously updated with information and as an admitted student you will receive updates through our newsletters.

Arrival days: 19 and 20 August

The arrival days are organized to give you a smooth arrival and ensure that you get the information needed for a good start at your new study destination. When planning your arrival at KI, make sure to arrive on one of these days to enjoy the additional services offered. Taking part in the arrival days gives you a good chance to get the best possible start to your studies at KI.

If you arrive at Arlanda Airport our student guides and staff will be welcoming you there. They are expecting you and will happily answer any questions you might have and assist you during the last stretch of your journey.

While arriving at KI, you will get an introduction to the campus and further help with any questions you may have.
