Why did you participate in this course?
I am a dietitian from Mexico and have worked in renal nutrition for 20 years. I was familiar with course leader Carla Maria Avesani through her research, and I was very excited about the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in nutrition for chronic kidney disease.
How has this course helped you in your profession?
The training has been very helpful in my work as a researcher. The knowledge I gained will allow me to improve the methodology in my ongoing research projects. I found the sessions on body composition assessment particularly valuable, as they introduced methods that were new to me.
