For students attending the course Biostatistics 2, (7,5 ECT credits) course code 4FH087
This course introduces the students to regression models used in public health research to conduct statistical inference on predicted responses or changes in predicted responses. The health outcomes can be quantitative, binary, censored, and skewed commonly arising in a variety of either experimental or observational studies. Students will learn how to possibly discern common data generating mechanisms (confounding effects, interaction, non-linearity) behind samples of data.
