The general aim of this course is for participants to develop their competencies in the organisation and management of health care, with a special focus on clinical operations management and process and systems improvement. In addition, participants will develop their theoretical understanding as well as basic research skills relevant to the subject.
This course will build on major concepts related to health care management.
