Pre-departure webinars with KI
Everything you need to know before you arrive to Stockholm and Karolinska Institutet. We will cover topics such as housing, residence permit, living costs and much more. A current international student will also be invited to talk about student life. There will be plenty of time for questions.

- EU/EEA citizens: 16 April 2026, 16:00 CEST
If you have dual citizenship (EU/EEA being one of them), we recommend you to join the webinar for EU/EEA-students.
Registrations will be sent to admitted students beginning of April.
Bachelor's programme students

Webinars with the Swedish Tax Agency
New in Sweden – the population register and basic tax information
This seminar is suited for you who are planning to move to Sweden to study or to work at a Swedish university. The Swedish Tax Agency will provide you with information that you need to know when you move to Sweden, live in Sweden and if you choose to move from Sweden. They will also give you a basic introduction to Swedish tax. Seats fill up quickly, so don't wait too long to register.
