As a newly admitted student to one of our global bachelor's or master's programmes you can participate in a number of webinars and lives. All aiming to help you prepare well for your arrival to Stockholm, Sweden. More webinars or lives may be added along the way, so please check back for the latest information.

Student live: Accommodation and other housing options
You've been accepted to KI & now only one question weighs heavily on your mind: where are you going to live once you get to Stockholm? Not to fear - your KI digital ambassadors are here! Digital ambassador Gerda will be hosting a live on housing to give you an inside look at more than FIVE different student accommodations all around Stockholm. We'll be asking real, current KI students questions like:
- How did they find their accommodation?
- Did their apartment come furnished?
- How much are they paying in rent & utilities?
- How long does it take them to get to KI campus?

New in Sweden – the population register and basic tax information
This seminar is suited for you who are planning to move to Sweden to study or to work at a Swedish university. We will provide you with information that you need to know when you move to Sweden, live in Sweden and if you choose to move from Sweden. We will also give you a basic introduction to Swedish tax.

Pre-departure webinar with KI
Everything you need to know before you arrive to Stockholm and Karolinska Institutet. We will cover topics such as housing, residence permit, living costs and much more. A current international student will also be there to talk about student life. There will be plenty of time for questions.
Day and time: Tuesday 4 April (10-11 am, CET) or Tuesday 18 April (3-4 pm, CET)
Admitted students will receive an invite to the webinar to the email address stated when applying at universityadmissions.se.
