Individual support for students

Student Wellbeing Centre offers you advice, support, assessment, and/or supportive dialogues in connection with any issues that might affect your studies.

Initial contact

Your initial contact will always be with one of our nurses. If necessary, you will meet a psychologist, psychotherapist or doctor.

If we are unable to help you and believe that you need to get support elsewhere, you will receive information about where and how you can get help.

  • Lifestyle related concerns
  • Performance anxiety
  • Speech anxiety
  • Problems with concentration or procrastination
  • Experience difficulties in your study environment
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Feeling low

You can book an individual consultation and we will contact you by phone at the sceduled time. 

Available slots are published on an ongoing basis. If there are no slots available, please contact us on +46 (0)8-524 835 70. Our telephone hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday 09:00-10:00, and Tuesday, Wednesday 14:00-15:00.
