Waiting for a reply on a scholarship application?

If you are having difficulties paying the first instalment of your tuition fee on time because you are waiting for a reply on a scholarship application, send an email explaining your situation to tuitionfees@ki.se

How to pay

You can pay the tuition fee through online payment with your payment card (for example credit or debit card), or through bank transfer. Please note that online card payments are much faster than payments through bank transfer. It is recommended that you check with your card issuer whether there is a maximum payment limit on your card. You will find more information about the payment methods and conditions of payments when you log in to your account at Ladok.

Important!
If you are paying by bank transfer, make sure to include your name and your refererence number in the message field, so we can confirm who the payment is for.

Scholarships and fees

Students that receive a scholarship from the Swedish Institute do not have to pay tuition fees. The fee is included in the scholarship and it is paid directly to Karolinska Institutet by the Swedish Institute. Students who receive a scholarship from Karolinska Institutet will be informed separately about the procedure that apply for them.
