The Introductory course will demonstrate how the three thematic areas of the Master’ programme – health economics, health policy and health management – offer different, yet complimentary insights and skills that will help healthcare managers and professionals in cooperation to improve health services to the benefit of patients, the population at large and the society. It will do so by scrutinising a major policy initiative, introduced into the public healthcare system of the Stockholm County.
