Hi! My name is Thais, and I'm currently a student in the Master’s Programme in Nutrition Science. I'm from Brazil, where I grew up, completed my bachelor’s degree, and worked as a dietitian for a while after graduating. During my BSc studies, I became interested in research and realized that I wanted an international experience to grow and build a career in the field.

I chose KI because of its academic excellence, research opportunities, and because there is a research group here in the field that I am highly interested in studying. So, these master's studies at this specific university are the perfect opportunity to build my path in this area and to prepare me for a PhD in the future (fingers crossed).

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the city, grabbing a coffee, trying different Swedish pastries, and reading a good book. I'm excited to share my experience navigating KI, discovering opportunities, learning Swedish, and exploring Sweden with you!
