My name is Linnea, and I’m a student in the Master’s Programme in Toxicology.
I was born in Germany, grew up in Finland and then moved to Stockholm a few years ago for doing the Bachelor’s Programme in Biomedicine here at KI.
I enjoy studying at KI because of the high level of education, the inspiring network of students and researchers and the plenty of opportunities for students to be active in associations and around Stockholm in general. After my bachelor’s I did not feel ready to leave Stockholm and KI behind yet. I decided for the Master’s in Toxicology because the course content resonated exactly with my interests and because of the teaching methods in the programme as well as the future career perspectives.
I like spending my free time outdoors in nature but also love having it cozy at home and reading, writing and spending time with friends and family. I also sing in a student choir, which I really enjoy.
During the coming years, I hope to find some time to explore more of Sweden, particularly the north. But either way, I plan to make the best out of the coming years and am very excited about everything I’ll learn and everyone I’ll meet on along the way!
