Hello everyone! My name is Sebastian, I’m 23 years old and from Germany. I’m a first-year student in the Master's Programme in Bioentrepreneurship (MBE) and a digital ambassador on Youtube.

After graduating and spending a year in a laboratory, I was left without a concrete plan. While I enjoyed the experience, I knew I didn’t want to work in a laboratory all my life, or what I wanted to do more specifically. However, I have always been interested in business and startups in life science, so broadening my horizon with a focus on these topics seemed like the way to go.

I’m very excited about my future studies, the different career opportunities that I will discover and all aspects of life sciences. With my first month of studying under my belt, I feel confident that this was the right decision.

When I'm not in the library studying with my fellow MBE students, I spend most of my time doing sports on campus, searching for new and interesting music, hanging out with friends, or editing photos I took way too long ago and forgot about. I want to make my time at KI the best it can possibly be and am looking forward to meeting as many new people as possible. Feel free to chit-chat with me if we ever meet on campus!
