Hi there, my name is Yohannes, and I’m from Ethiopia, the Cradle of Humanity. I've always been curious and ambitious, and my journey to Karolinska Institutet is a testament to that. I studied medicine and developed a deep fascination with the intersection of healthcare, economics, policymaking, and management. This passion led me to KI, a renowned institution known for its top-quality research and innovation in healthcare, where the facets of the healthcare world converge in one dynamic place.

I boarded the plane to Sweden, brimming with excitement and anticipation. I'm eager to immerse myself in learning healthcare management and economics and to become a part of the vibrant international community at KI. And of course, I can't wait to explore beautiful Stockholm and its archipelagos.
